Health Update: June 4th (Patreon)

It has been 48 hours since my last bleed.The doctors still can't figure out where the blood was specifically coming from. Honestly, I don't think they'll ever truly know. But they do speculate it was in the small intestine, and apparently intestines are resilient as heck and heal themselves rapidly. My blood levels are holding strong and my energy is returning. I'm still fatigued, and my arms are DESTROYED from all the iv and blood draws. As a "side sleeper" sleeping on my back for 7 days was agony, but I took what I could get. I spent a half hour talking about movies with a couple nurses in the ICU, and got to spend a lot more time talking about movies and tv shows with my dad, mom, and grandmother during visitation.I sat in a chair for a big portion of the day watching a Harry Potter marathon and a Jurassic Park marathon running simultaneously on 2 of the few channels the hospital has.I spent much of the day reading so many amazing comments, well wishes, and displays of support from all of you over the last week. I can never express my thanks enough!
