Greetings...

First of all, we would like to thank you all for the continuing support you have given the channel...

As an appreciation, we will definitely make retro gaming for you even better...

Project Arcade 2.9 Revenge Update will be available on the first week of August.

So many changes were done and added new features. The Setting Menu has also been refined. 

New animations, artworks and other media files has been added.

Also, additional enhancements on previous mods of various addons.

Note:

Do not worry about updating and patching if you have the previous versions of Project Arcade.

This time we will be careful on the updates and patches. so, you won't mess your current configurations even you're not a tech wiz.

Will be releasing both standalone and manual updates for Project Arcade 2.9.

Most of the changes we made was mostly from our patrons. We thank you for your suggestions for making the build better. We will continue to make it better as we go along.

Consolidations of files...

From the past two months, we already consolidating all every addons that we released in the past two years to make it work on the new build.

We are compiling as we speak every addon available and making necessary patches, updates and fixes to fit on the latest build Project Arcade 2.9.

Almost all the links will be revamped and will have new downloads to make the compilation on your end much easier and less complicated...

We noticed that many patrons are having hard time understanding and compiling the systems. So, by the time we accomplished this, it will be much easier...

Almost all the files will be reorganized for better handling...

There will be a lot of updates on the current lineups of addons coming next month...

Also new systems will be filled up...

I would like to thank you all for your patience... these tasks did take our time and energy but it's worth it...

More good stuff is coming up...

In regards with the MEGA issues on downloading from the links,

On every addons or upload, there is an encryption for every base file and first archive of the split files. Which the passwords are included on the text files. Use 7zip for maximum compatibility.

If you use mega app for windows, the encrypted files will not be detected or will be missing.

Only Tier 3 Patrons can request unencrypted file downloads.

Almost all Project Arcade addons has a CoinOps version or will have a CoinOps Version. But few addons will not because of the compatibility issue on designs. Just in case you don't find what you need, you can contact us directly.

Special Notes:

All Theme addons/Extension Addons older that Project Arcade 2.8 must follow instructions below when adding systems.

The new Project Arcade 2.8 has all needed files for any old addons except for some things.

When adding old Addons for Project Arcade do not include any files from the AMALGAM folder in the root directory.

Also, do not include any files from the collections\Main folder

or

Do not overwrite any files from the AMALGAM folder, and collections\Main folder

If something went wrong, just install all old addons then repatch it with the latest files (May 2024 Collections Update)

Then boot it and go to the settings Menu and enable/disable the Hyperspin Mode to reset the theme.
