Also, trust your gut about the negative medication thing. Many Doctors hand out prescriptions like candy whether they are what the patient actually needs or not because they have financial incentives to hit product quotas from their pharmaceutical reps and handlers.

Ah, I've used Xanax in the past and it can make you drowsy. I think I got used to it after a little while and it stopped, might be the same for Sertraline if you started it recently

Been on it for over a year now, it helped a ton with the anxiety but the motivation to do stuff is almost none

Well I don't wanna make am armchair diagnosis, but you might benefit from Adderall too 🤔 ADHD and anxiety are often co-morbid.
