More Woodworks

I added a new Craft Furniture to the Woodworking Table which lists new “woody looking” Furniture to be craftable

How the Mod works:

You need level 2 Handiness to see the new Interactions and build the first Objects. The Furniture are the original ingame Objects, which means you can “Recolor” them in Build Buy after Crafting.

I added a new "Craft" Pie Menu to the Woodworking Table, which has two new Interactions.

FurnitureWhich lists new “woody looking” Furniture to be craftable. There are currently over 170 Recipes added!

MagicWhich let's you craft Wands and Brooms from "Real of Magic"

Hello, I was wondering if this worked with CC items? or if you know how to make it compatible with CC items? Thank you!!

LittleMsSam

It will not automatically work with cc items. Technically for each object a new recipe needs to be done and added to the recipe picker list. Doing that for cc is not really doable since ppl without those cc mods will get errors.

This is awesome and a lot of fun... but also a little frustrating since you have to be level 10 to even make a toilet. I'm trying a rags to riches and only letting my Sim use things they can craft... so, that's been a challenge. I'd love to see maybe a low-level toilet/shower option added at level like 4 or 5. Maybe an uncomfortable bed, too... And maybe a stove of some sort and a window and door option? But either way, this is awesome and it really should be in the game itself! Thank you!

LittleMsSam

I can look into low level/quality items. For stove it should at least look a little bit wood like imo. I don't think doors/windows will work since those items need to be able to be storable in the sims inventory or household inventory and some items cannot be stored there.

Thanks so much for considering! Having the items be wood is logical, but of course limiting. There is the "midsummer cooler" which is wicker, which might at least work part-time for early game. (You can order food and at least keep the leftovers in there.) For toilets the "Throne of Thrones" is probably the best choice. It's kind of nice so maybe 5 or 6, but at least not 10. The other option is maybe to make one of the peeable bushes craftable (if that's possible?) The "Old King Kool" fridge is definitely an early option as well, maybe 5 or 6. Stoves is definitely harder... but the "Roast'em and Toast'em Campfire" could at least be a level 4 option. Too bad the Cooking Campfire Kit isn't functional. Some of these of course requite certain packs, but at least they could be an option. Also, I don't know if it shows up later (I still haven't hit level 10 on it yet), but the ceiling lamp "Casa Morgan Mission-Style Lantern Chandelier" matches the other lights you've included and it would be nice to have it craftable. Thank you again so much! I am very happy with it either way, and if I had put my Sim near a lot that had a public bathroom/park with a grill this would be a lot easier. (Poor thing is just peeing herself and eating foraged mushrooms and lemons haha.)

There are actually some in-game low quality woodwork toilets, and bathtubs objects I think. If yes, I will use those. Since both are originally in the EA craft menu I might add those low quality versions in there as well instead of my custom menu then. I will check Throne of Thrones as well though if I can add that one to my custom menu.
