I've read The Case Of Charles Dexter Ward not too many years ago. Good stuff. I recommend looking up H.P. Lovecraft - The Complete Fiction, the 2008 compilation book by Barnes & Noble. Not only is it as complete a collection of Lovecraft's short stories as you can get, but it also looks very pretty on a bookshelf. And every story is prefaced by a short editorial blurb.
