...Page 1!

Anyone that has played DnD will tell you that this is how it starts. :D

Look at those backgrounds!  Think I'll call it a night.  This page was really fun to make, but wow, it took some time.  Now that I know how to use the perspective tool it shouldn't take me so long next time!

Goodnight everyone!

Not gonna lie, I liked my version of Panel Three more lol 😉 Meg seems oddly interested in buying that book... makes me wonder what the plan is...

This is really cute, hear getting into it and wanting to show she cares.

Hey awesome work on the background, I’m sure it gets tedious at times

Fritz Sands

Indeed. And so it begins.

Renegade Doge

My very first time playing 5e, all my friends said: See this? It's a d20 this is your god now XD

Phailhammer

It took me a couple of goes to read this page properly; my brain was still in manga mode. XD

This is how the book and dice collecting begins.

My Pathfinder 1st Edition nightmare....

PsyGremlin

Ah, the things we do for love...

Just recently took a look at the Dieseldrachen quickstarter (they advertise it’s easy to learn) and gave up when that were already 180 pages. If I had a Meg around who was totally into it, i might dive in all the same, but just for a oneshot?

PulpFiction

Hey! Congrats on the backgrounds and on mastering the perspective tool! I remember you saying you had a hard time with backgrounds and wanted to improve that, so I'm glad to see you achieving that! Keep it up! the page definitely looks good, very accomplished! Adding the shelves on panel 3 and 6 really helps anchor them in space. It's nice!

Ellie seems really pleased that Meg will buy that book. She knows Meg's plan: keep the book - keep Ellie. ;)

Fenix

I see that D&D arc still didn't end.

DuskStealth

Same. I pretty much just read everything twice, once each way, just to make sure.

DuskStealth

First there’s one set of dice, then two and three, then..... can I borrow a d100 to keep track of the sets?

Renegade Doge

I'll roll it but i'll only love it when it loves me back....so sometimes i guess XD

DuskStealth

Unless you plan on a lot of pages with a lot of bubbles I wouldn’t worry too much.

PulpFiction

Yeah, The other day I was reading the story again from the beginning, and it's stunning to see how your skills have evolved. I almost didn't recognize Ellie at first! Maybe there was something more... I don't know.... "innocent" about her? ;-)

stereoscopecomics

I guess it’s like trying to avoid tangents while drawing. Doesn’t matter how hard you try, sometimes they pop up.

Dragon86

After all the bondage stuff, it's kinda weird seeing them just hang out. Nice change of pace, but weird. Also, when are going to go back to the side comic you were recently working on? I want to see what happens.
