Thanks for sharing a great reaction to this great movie, Kate. During your reaction, you seemed fascinated with the different stages of the Apollo launch. I found a cool primer video on YouTube that explains the different stages of the launch. And if you like it, there are two more parts that follow that explain how the astronauts would achieve a moon landing and specifically how the 3 modules of Apollo 13 work. Hope you enjoy them! https://youtu.be/8dpkmUjJ8xU?si=FMFtP7ma8HsTfbgQ

Loved seeing "I wonder if Kevin's got all his ho's?" make the edit! 🤣😝 Nowhere else but Movie Date With Kate. 🏆🔥 And lots of the Woodstock Generation is going to hit you hard about the Stevie Nicks comment. But I got it-Lovell's daughter LOOKED like she was playing Stevie Nicks. Great Vin Diesel name drop too. Starting with 'The Right Stuff' astronauts loved muscle cars. They were given free Chevy Corvettes by Detroit. Astronauts probably provided valuable feedback. Average drivers would just kill themselves going 100 mph+ on city streets and county highways most times. No airbags. 😉🤔

Loved hearing your reaction from your perspective. As an American I was all wrapped up in the actual event. Since where I lived we had 5 channels on tv, this event completely dominated the news. In those days I watched CBS because I liked Walter Cronkite and Wally Schirra. The commentators on the broadcast. Thanks for bringing back a memorable time in my life. A interesting documentary about the Apollo program, maybe not for reaction, but for yourself check out “For all Mankind”. The Documentary, not the TV Show.

I know you are a movie fan, however I have heard you mention the power of music a few times. May I suggest a listen to the albums by Jon Jenkins and David Helpling. It is on another level for contemplation and reflection. Thanks for another great post.
