Thumbnail Practice: Aliens (Patreon)

I forget who but someone suggested that drawing thumbnails from movies is a good way to hone your skills since the focus is on compisition, value study, and speed rather than accuracy. I tried it out and found it really fun and liberating. I think I should make a habit of it. Only got through half the movie but will definitely continue later. There's so many iconic scenes i havent gotten to yet, and of course, I must draw the queen. My absolutely fave scene is Sergeant Apone saying, "Look into my eye," at Hudson.
