You did it again, another story that I wish was a comic or game or book or something lol. You have a knack for world building and you do it through clever dialogue. Like humans taking elves ears? In my head I instantly saw like these big bad looking human guys and girls with necklaces that have ears on them. Then Elves starting to turn bad too? The war? And not just any war, one that pretty much broke the world. And even awesome character development. She’s so distrustful and unsure at first then warms up to the human and a partnership is born. An elf and human, meant to be enemies but now siding together to survive. Just amazing.
