May Sketch Request Form (Patreon)

Sorry for getting this out so late into the month. I'm going to get back in the habit of making posts for this form at the start of every month to help remain consistent. Some changes I'm having this time around! I'm capping the sketch requests to stop at 2 refinements (Month 1: Sketch Request > Month 2: Refinement >Month 3:Refinement).I explained it in the previous post, but the cap is there to prevent my workload of getting too high. There's a few of you who I'm allowing to continue asking 1-2 more refinements for theirs (I let them know already, but feel free to ask if you missed it), but most of them will have to be starting off with a new request.Hoping to post the finished results around the 28th!
