An important question (Patreon)

Hello friends, recently there have been three people who have told me that despite being subscribed to a certain tier, they cannot see some drawings that are assigned to that tier

I don't know why that happens because if I enter the edition, the drawings are assigned to the levels correctly and I do not understand where the problem is
