The real question is are you going to limit them each to four moves and if so which ones? There are the obvious jokes here like Stomp and Slam along with some that can be interpreted like Giga Drain sucking all the "energy" from someone;).

I have actually figured out both girl's movesets. They're going to be set to 4. Some are actual combat moves, others are stuff I'll use for sizey stuff. I'm away from my PC and notes rn but when I get back I can tell you the movesets if you want. And maybe I can make some pokedex style character sheets for them to show that stuff, kinda like what I did with Sparkscale.

Wait a minute, Rosarade, unless I'm mistaken, can only learn protect from TM.... The plot thickens, but the plot still isn't as thicc as these gals.

So for Juliette her moveset is protect, petal dance, Leaf blade, and sludge bomb. Gwenevere's is Psychic, moonblast, teleport, and there's one more slot that I haven't figured out yet.
