IMPORTANT UPDATE (Patreon)

📢 How Our Monthly Releases Will Work from October

We want to let you know about an upcoming change to the way our monthly releases will be delivered.

Patreon is changing the way subscription payments work. From now on, members will be charged monthly according to the date they originally joined Patreon, rather than all members being charged at the beginning of the month.

You can read Patreon’s official explanation of this new payment system here: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/28801582599181-iOS-In-app-Purchases-and-Migrating-to-Subscription-Billing-FAQ?lid=1jmpnp0tiweq

Because of this change, we believe the fairest solution is to change how we release our monthly miniatures.

🗓️ Monthly releases will now be released throughout the month

Instead of releasing the entire monthly release at once, we will be adding the miniatures to the release progressively throughout the month.

For example, if a release contains 29 miniatures, you will see those miniatures being added throughout the month until the complete release is available. Probably 7 weekly miniatures.

This means that the monthly release will become something you can follow throughout the entire month, with new miniatures being added regularly.

⚖️ The same system on Patreon and MyMiniFactory

This change will apply equally to both Patreon and MyMiniFactory Tribes.

We want to make sure that there is no difference in the experience or benefits between our Patreon and MyMiniFactory members. Both platforms will receive exactly the same miniatures, following exactly the same release schedule.

This is especially important because the change in Patreon’s payment system is something outside of our control, and we don't want it to create an advantage or disadvantage for members depending on which platform they use.

❤️ Nothing else is changing

Our prices, tiers, monthly miniature numbers, previews and benefits remain the same.

The only change is when the miniatures are added to the monthly release.

We believe this system will make things fairer for everyone and will allow us to continue providing the same content to our members regardless of whether they support us through Patreon or MyMiniFactory.

Thank you, as always, for supporting Legion Miniatures! ❤️
