Add hunger/thirst/lust meters to the game which would lower as time passes, and will provide stat buff when it's full, stat debuff when it's low, and death from hunger and thirst if the meters drop to 0.

I was going to add this system in the next update but decided to ask for your opinions first, because this would increase the difficulty once again (there are feedbacks about getting gunpowder is really hard now after the time system is added).

So, please vote in this poll and let me know what you think.

Edit: Sadly this system can not be made optional considering that would require a new save (which 0.19.0 already does) and the lust meter will be integrated with the game's story.

Maybe make it that its optional and can be either disabled via cheat or menu option

Sadly not feasible considering that would require a new save (which 0.19.0 already does) and the lust meter will be integrated with the game's story.

Ryan

Could the "death" part be a toggle or cheat to remove?

I don't like the games that kill off the MC when they don't eat for 12 hours or something or you die while rushing to a kitchen somewhere. I've played a couple of games where I died in the house while going to the kitchen because I did not drink or eat in a day. I just picture someone suddenly dropping dead in front of a microwave waiting for the food to finish cooking! Perhaps, you "faint" and get "found" by someone (randomly a good or bad person?.. like maybe wake up in the bar or a friendly area recovering, or maybe in the street with a bad taste in your mouth (hey, it is kind of like food or drink, right?)

Wasteland is a harsh environment so I was thinking three days without water and ten days without food. Fainting might not work for this game because you can be pulled out of a scene and fuck up the save permanently.

Honestly I wouldn't mind that, but. You would need to add more to it, say a Day and Night cycle with different hours. Keep it simple and not to annoying like a full 24 hr clock that is down to the minute; have a system that is simple like a morning, afternoon, evening and night. With each passing of the hour you would lose your hunger/thirst and such, gain lust and shit. With that I wouldn't mind. Would need to add a newer variety of drinking canteens, and meals would offer more then HP.

I think that dying outright of either option reaching 0 might be too much. Mabye giving a debilitating debuff to both would be better, though.
