So I saw someone bring this up but during the fire place scene gambit is playing the "does she love me/does she not" game in his head and once he get to the Queen of hearts it stuck on "does she not" right after what rouge said pretty much giving gambit the answers without actually saying it

Joe

Magneto knows how to say shit; that makes you wanna do shit

MCVP18

As soon as I finished the episode y'all posted y'all reaction. This was definitely the best episode and child the dirty laundry was crazy

Shawn Davis

I have never been so emotional for an animated show.

Joe

The way I jump around when this theme song comes on !! 🕺🏻

Joe

Seriously. Cyclops during his interview??? Left me speechless.

Joe

Idk what’s happening but the themes and dialogue and moments in this show?? Are really powerful. Like, if you’ve ever experienced prejudice or discrimination you totally know how Mutants feel. And how annoying it is to have to sit down to a freakin interview just to prove to ‘normal’ people that you’re a fucking person!!! I couldn’t be a mutant. I could NOT!

Joe

And yeah, you right miss Tasha. Scott’s glasses are CRAZY expensive. You can’t exactly cut corners. You need PURE Ruby Quartz. Its the only naturally occurring material on earth than can block his Optic Blasts. Those glasses are NOT cheap.

Joe

Damn. Rogue must have that Omega-Level pussy.

Joe

Babay. This show. The drama. The people in it. I love it and need it to never stop.

Joe

I saw it too, Tre!!!

Lewis_Litt

Damn Scott Summers, during that interview, reminded me of the version of him in the Messiah complex comic run.

Joe

This is the Xmen we want and need

Lewis_Litt

If anyone’s curious to know. This episode is based off the X-men comic event “E is for Extinction”.

Ashton H.

My question is... where was Madelyne during the whole attack???

Matthew Bankston

Haven't even watched the reaction yet. And I KNOW yaw ain't ready.

Partrice

Beau wrote the hell out of this episode. I was all in my feelings. Shook ! Great writing. Emotional and powerful. Magneto got those bars!!!

Partrice

Did Leech drain Magneto’s powers? I was so shook I couldn’t even concentrate.

Joe

Okay. Let’s talk. Can we? ((So, I am very embarrassed to admit that I was so surprised & excited that Mutant-Kind was not only being recognized but also receiving an island all their own!! Free of prejudice from the ‘normal’ world...that I completely forgot to step back, breathe, and think objectively. Cuz it’s never good to make decisions in heightened states of emotion)) This was dumb. This was so dumb 😞 What better way to eradicate a majority of Mutants; than by moving them all to the SAME 👏🏻 SECLUDED 👏🏻ISLAND 👏🏻 letting them relax & think they’re ’safe.’ Then, at their height of utopia…wipe them all out. I mean….for real….you don’t even have to worry about collateral damage cuz all the ‘normies’ are on the main land. Idk who or how but this was definitely a setup. I’m in so many feels

Jasmine King

This is what I EXPECT from Marvel from now on. This went too hard!

Joe

Any of the X-Men got Sung Jinwoo’s number? Cuz we need help!!!

(Tre) Thanks for that knowledge. if you have more gems like that when episodes come out drop them plz but no spoilers just like you did here

Anna

Episodes like this are why animation will always be a valid medium alongside live-action

Lilac Flute

Imma needs the watcher to NEVER show his face or he catching these hands, and we really doing the "I can't feel you" from Wandavision? TIREDT, this show is too good that I hate/love how it makes me feel

J Thunder

Since when did Vandal Savage become a mutant 🤔

J Thunder

Looks like Scott is for the streets as well

Oxylander

They fired the writer as soon as ep 1 dropped so idk if S2 gonna be heat 😭😭

wait i kept rewinding it to right before the attack and i didn’t see her anywhere after? are we just assuming or did i miss a frame she was in?

Joe
>>134867826

okay. I think I was wrong too. I thought that she was one of the people they showed that died after the initial attack but I went back and watched it and she has a different dress on than Madelyne. so, either she was completely vaporized or she managed to escape some where. but you right, idk either.

I was thinking the same thing. If leech drained Magneto’s powers after the Sentinel blast finished, it would explain why it said “Omega level threat destroyed” but the powers would return within a few minutes or hours I think.

Marcb92

You know what’s crazy? Madelyne Pryor saw a small glimpse of the future destruction and Cable but didn’t know it. Watch the reaction from Episode 1 from 19:25-19:42 and then Episode 5 at 25:03… Marvel has not fallen off!!!!!

Defiance

Yo Trey, I said the same thing dude. When I saw the Watcher in the sky...watching, I knew ish was about to go down

Joe

After rewatching and honestly giving a ‘what I would do if I was a mutant in this situation some serious thought’ I have come to the conclusion that humanity does not deserve our kindness. They see it as weakness. What they just did showed us that Mutants will never truly be recognized as people or left alone. So, it’s time. You wanna fuck around? You gonna find out. If I was a mutant I would not go around murdering but the SECOND I heard of anything? I’m not holding back. You literally made us do this. If Magneto is alive and capable afterwards; I fully support him if he wants to fuck shit up. I would too.

Jasimine Carter

1. I didn’t know what do after watching this episode either Tasha, and then I remembered y’all reaction was up waiting 😁. 2. Tre I said Show wise the exact same time you did.😂😂😂😂😂

Kayla N.

You know what....to the writer..."fuck your life whoever you are" child i thought i was watching Anime for a damn minute.

Kayla N.

Childdd i couldnt tell who Rogue was holding at the end lol. I thought for a minute it was Magneto lol.
