Hey guys!As I mentioned in my last post, everything is going great. The update is looking fantastic! However, I wanted to share some of my thoughts. If you've been here a while, you already know I love going all out with meaningful lewd scenes. I'm currently working on the biggest lewd scene for the update(no spoilers, but I've shared a preview with the Playa tier).Time is moving on, and even though I paused payments for two months, I feel the pressure of not having released anything for you to see. Originally, I planned to release the full version, but now I'm seriously considering releasing an alpha version. It will be just like the full version but might miss around 3-5 scenes that I'll complete later. This also makes sense considering the upcoming Steam release. The planned date for that is March 1st, but due to the scale of the update, I don't think I can meet that deadline. For those thinking it's a bad idea, you can skip this version and wait a bit for the final release. Releasing The alpha version will give you guys a good look at what's coming and also let me test things more carefully, so the first Steam release goes smoothly. As I've mentioned before, there have been times when I removed content just to get a version out. I've promised myself I won't do that again, and I'm sticking to that decision. That's why it's taking a bit more time than usual (plus, this is a big update). This isn't a 100% certain announcement yet. But I want you all to be in the loop in case I decide to drop an alpha version suddenly. I'll make up my mind in the next few days or week, depending on how things go.As always, thanks for your support!Cheers 🍻,TTrick.

I'm going to give you an honest answer. Choose the path of Best Quality Content. Because of the time it takes between updates, it is very likely you will loose some/many long-time followers. After all, there is a lot of competetion out there. But you gain new ones along the way. And with you reaching out with Steam, more exposure means more subscribers. It sucks to say that because LSS used to be my favorite game (and I was very, very fond of Vanessa), but that was 5 years ago. I was thrilled when you came back after a hiatus and I'm happy this project is not dead, but think about what's best for the new followers and how to gain the ones.

The alpha version is a good idea that will fix errors in the first part of the update. And you won't have to wait another month to enjoy the project

Funny you say that, but if you look at when I got started, I released an update each month and sometimes two times a month. And the game wasn't popular, to say the least. It was only when I spent a bit more time perfecting each scene is where people started to notice the game. The reason it takes me a bit of time is because I care for the quality, not the other way around.

Please do!!! It's been FAR to long. *fingers crossed*

You and I are saying the same thing then. I say choose quality over more releases. Even if it means loosing old folowers, you will gain new ones this way.

Releasing an early version will please the people who want an early version. Not releasing it will please and upset nobody. All I can see is a net positive choice and whether or not to take it.

For what it's worth, I'm against an alpha version. I think it's always best to release stuff in the condition you want it seen in.

I think an Alpha release makes sense because of the release on steam! You can use us, the previous followers to test everything before go live! It‘s a good decision I think and it isn‘t the first time an alpha gets released so I don‘t see a problem here! Also, if you wait, I don‘t think you will loose follower! The people who love the game will stick as follower and wait until the release!

The alpha version would be great, I'm especially curious about Emily's scenes. :)

An alpha release is always a good thing from my point of view: - people who want a quicker release will be happy and go play it fast and bring constructive comments (for the most ones I hope) - people who want a better content will wait for the full cleaned version (upgraded with constructive returns from alpha players). Anyway, we love it as you do it, it's your game and (for me at least), I'll support you (with my low financial means sadly but my whole fan engagement) no matter your choice!

I am a very recent contributor but as a former developer (not for games or honestly even related) an alpha release seams to make sense. I would like to see the steam release be very successful as well.

Do we know if we are getting an alpha version yet? I cant wait to play!
