We're listening to Rival Consoles' latest release, Landscape from Memory. I've listened to some of it already, but just once and while cooking so it'll be a different experience listening with you all! If you're not familiar, Rival Consoles is Ryan Lee West from the UK, and his music is always electronic, but sometimes cinematic, sometimes ambient, sometimes downtempo, sometimes dance, sometimes emotionally vulnerable and heart opening, and other times I feel like I'm in a chase scene in an action thriller. It's synthy yet tape fluttery and you may feel that gnawing 80s and childhood nostalgia in some of his cuts. 've been listening to his music for about 10 years now and I love where he's going with things lately. Come listen! This livestream will be edited down for the public.
