MAY Patreon Musician Challenge: this totally f*cked up sample of The Smile (Patreon)

I went to listen to music on Spotify and for some reason everything I played through it was corrupted in a specific way: twice as fast, and just...tormented. So naturally I recorded it! This sample is taken from Pana-vision by The Smile.

This might be a challenging sample to write something with if you, like me, tend to write music that's very melodic/harmonic. And for some of you this will be totally in your wheelhouse! The timing is also very weird, as it's a sequence of 7 notes that repeats. The bpm is approximately 188 or 376 if each note is a beat.
