I’m so excited you already have videos up!! The video for The Knowing is incredible. Abel is Ethiopian. His mother fled to Canada during the Ethiopian Red Terror while she was pregnant with him. He has a song about it on Hurry Up Tomorrow called Red Terror. The man in the beginning is Haile Selassie, the Ethiopian emperor who was overthrown which began the reign of the D.E.G. and a genocide. Also, Abel is a HUGE movie/anime nerd and so many of his music videos are inspired by cinema. I’ve seen him twice on this tour he’s about to pick up again in a few months. It’s was two of the best nights of my life. I meant to mention this on the YT reaction, but “this is a happy house” “this is fun, fun…” is definitely a mask for the griminess that was happening in the house. I can’t wait for you to see how everything progresses. The music, his life, his production, his vocals. 🖤🖤

Hopefully The Weeknd reactions keep coming! And soon 😄

I absolutely adore these past preformaces. But to see within the past half decade how much better he’s gotten at preforming is so impressive. He really dedicated the time to be a superstar on stage.
