Great reaction dude. Would love for you to listen to their final album ‘In Utero’ as well as their live album ‘Unplugged in New York’. Both are amazing as well

ahhhh Nirvana...I have a love/hate relationship with this band. This album came out when I was the ripe old age of 17 and I knew upon my first listen that my youth was done lol. I was the traditional 1980's hair band headbanger (with the super long hair as well) and along came bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden and the like and it is commonly thought that "grunge" killed Rock.....I am not convinced of that to be honest but I knew music had changed. I was deeply saddened by that thought as Rock was my life....but boy I loved this album back in the day....I had the cassette being 1991 and it played constantly in my car. while I didnt completely dive into the grunge thing, I teetered on the outskirts still longing for my hair bands to make a comeback (some did and some didnt) And of course April 1994 happened and I was shaken by that and several other things that year and I ended up hating "Grunge" and music in general at that stage of my life (which also lead me down my own personal avenue of self destructive tendencies) I hated it all for what it had taken from me and I was angry at the world that this happened and that times had moved on....of course that was simply the angst of youth at the time and it all came full circle eventually when somehwere down the road I had allegedy matured lol. But Nirvana and everything that happened to them led me to the Foo Fighters and Dave Grohl's genius, and i started to get that spark back again. it was a slow burn for sure but then one night I was listening to some music on Youtube and had just listened to Foo Fighters "The Pretender" which is a really cool song and then I noticed to the side of my screen a "recommendation"...There it was a cover of "The Pretender" by a band I had never heard of.... and So my journey with "The Warning" began with the click of one button and one youtube recommendation and my love for music was re-ignited and I have loved the last 8 years of my life re-discovering old music that i loved , finding new bands that I enjoy and being totally immersed in The Warning's music they way I was with my favorite 80's rock bands. So while I loved Nirvana (and especially this album) at first which then became hatred (such a strong word to be honest more like a disdain really) it eventually lead me to a new awakening in my mid 40's and I am currently loving the ride... Thanks for the review it did bring back a lot of memories and there is some amazing tracks on that album with my fav being "On a Plain" P.S Sorry for the long rant :)
