Yes it's out of order. The mysterious old man represents the Devil. In "Can't Feel My Face", he gives The Weeknd his "spark" and symbolizes a deal for fame. In "Tell Your Friends", The Weeknd appears to reject that deal by shooting the Devil and burying his old self. However, in "The Hills", the Devil reappears waiting for him, suggesting that he can never truly escape the consequences of that pact.

I just got done watching your Starboy reaction and I’m SO excited for all those videos and live performances! Also, DEFINITELY make sure you have the correct order for the MVs, live performances, and short films for After Hours, Dawn FM, and HUT. The first two especially.
