Great chapter. I love how Usopp tried to use strategies to counter Luffy's devil fruit abilities.

Usopp is supposed to be very smart and use his clever tactics to gain an advantage over enemies who are stronger than him.

Indeed after all he's a sniper so it's expected for him to outsmart his opponents although the difference in strengh between him and Luffy was too great to be mitigated.
