This retelling is taking too long. I like it, don't get me wrong. But I really would prefer if we got back on track with the present story rather than fixate on reminiscing the past.

I agree, we can always return to more flashbacks after we return to the present and move the story forward

I may be here in the minority here but I enjoy the amount of flashbacks we got we have to see the other life of Aenar and the Long Night to better understand why he is like this. And to see how much he has losted. But as usual loved the chapter great work
