Well, I hope that Lykard’s prepared to lose his head, because I doubt that the medallion will save Aenar from demanding his head for the death of Laenor Velaryon. After all, Laenor was kin to King Viserys, the son of Lord Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen, a descendant of House Baratheon, and was a great grandson of King Jaehaerys himself. The war can’t end without the man who murdered him in a conflict that brought Dorne into the crossfire, aka Lyla’s, being executed for murdering him. Also for a guy who claims that he knows what Aenar would do, he seems to be pretty blind to what caused Aenar to hate Dorne in the first place.
