Not all dinosaur vision is based on movement. That typically applies only to the trex canonically in these movies. That wasn’t a t-Rex but a Ceratosaurus, after getting the phone it was really because they smelled like the Spinosaurus

Tear-ran-a-don. That's how you pronounce Pteranadon. Had to get that out. Otherwise you guys were great, and it was so much fun to see your reactions to honestly just an okay movie that has a lot of fun bad moments.

Raptors talking... R1: Xeema is in trouble hear him calling? R2: Fk Xeema he's *always* in trouble R1: ...yea fk Xeema. Let's go get some food!

I found it a struggle to get through this. It's a pretty bad movie honestly. Terrible story, bad characters. Poor Macy having to perform this role with awful dialog and a sort of sit com role in a movie that's not a comedy.

they did have pterosaurs (not technically dinos though. flying reptiles) in Lost World. they showed them in the closing scene when they showed the reunited Rex family.

Also Ben died in the parasail after suffering internal injuries during the landing while crashing through the trees. there are 3 YA Jurassic Park Adventures books(Survivor, Prey and Flyers) about Eric (one that starts before going to the island, 1 on the island and 1 that takes place after where he is giving a speech at Universal Studios when some pterosaurs that escaped the island attack the park). in the first book after they crash it talks about Ben basically using the last of his energy to get Eric loose from the harness and then talks to Eric a little, Eric looks up and sees that Ben has died. Last I looked those books cost a lot more than they used to(like $50-$100 for short little books) but you can find videos of people reading them and free online ebooks of them all over the place.
