Im Belgian so I also speak dutch and swaffelen or zwaffelen is not nessesarily against the Taj Mahal but when the word first came to be the guy who swaffeled dit it to the Taj Mahal. It is now a word that is recognised in the Dutch dictionary and it basically just means ''to hit your penis against someone or something''
