The library was the first episode of ATLA I ever saw. Well...the end of it, at least. I was channel surfing and Toph holding up the sinking library was enough to get my attention and stop to watch, and the next episode was right after and I immediately was hooked. It's why I've always said that showing someone a good episode out of context is better for a new watcher's investment than a bad episode that explains everything - I've bounced off of too many shows because I saw the wrong episode first.

The writing in this show is just so goddamn incredible. When the boulder was rolling down the hill and it cut to commercial I imagined someone scrolling through the channels and coming in after the commercial, immediately they see airbendering and a tiny girl stomping down a hill to yell at him, followed by a third example of bending and insightful self-aware conversation. What an introduction. Then immediately after we’re ROOTING for Zuko to learn an incredibly dangerous skill, our first antagonist in the show who has been chasing our protagonists the entire time. Why do we want him to succeed? It’s just incredible.

About the sync problem, i just pause a few secs until they are synced again with help of the screen behind your cams. Your versions have dark screens that usually have commercial brakes while Netflix just plays the whole episode without cuts.

When George said that Hope wasn't a unique name, I shouted at my screen, "Ya pooped on the moment, George! Now go wipe your ass and think about what you have done!" I kid, of course. Love your reactions. It's been a years since my sister's suicide, we used to watch this show together. One of the only times we really bonded. I know she'd love these reactions. She loved watching people react to her favorite shows. I do too. So, even though it's bitter sweet, I do really apprciate these, guys. Thank you.
