Search & Rescue Ranger | Our Dec. D&D Subclass (Patreon)

Our second Ranger subclass for Dungeons & Dragons is here! We were inspired to create a more support oriented Ranger without relying to heavily on magical spells like Cure Wounds or Healing Word. We wanted them to have to get into the danger, but not disregard they are still Rangers, and that range is part of their strength.

The features of the Search & Rescue Ranger subclass include...

Level 3: Search & Rescue Spells. Each of these spells were chosen to represent the different kind of environments or emergency situations that a Search & Rescue Ranger might find themselves in.

Level 3: Restorative Care. The wilds always provide when you have the knowledge of where to look. When you brew potions, you yield greater results with increased efficacy, and can easily make one day.

Level 3: Emergency Response. You carry an improved healer's kit with you at all time which lets you treat many types of injuries in a variety of ways.

Level 7: Rescue Familiar. It's not made for combat like most Ranger companions, but this spirit of nature is hardy, and can help you render aid to your friends in any situation.

Level 11: Medicine Shot. It takes a practiced eye, steady hand, and years of experience to use arrows to heal. But that is exactly what the Search & Rescue Ranger can do using their Restoration Shot, Booster Shot, and Adrenaline Shot.

Level 15: Search & Rescue. Sense when a creature is down or dying with Death Alert, and work even more closely with your Rescue Familiar to save lives as quickly as you can.
