Hello everyone, I've been getting some messages regarding Mega requiring a decryption key for the links.

If Mega tells you it requires a decryption key, please try refreshing the link and/or clearing your browser cache, or use a different web browser. You can also look at the letters and numbers that appear after the # in the link, and use that as the decryption key. See the highlighted part of the link below.

The links do not require passwords. This is an error. The prompt for a decryption key occurs when a mega link is truncated. It's a device problem. The "key" is how all mega links work. When a link is sent, it's already decrypted. If a link is truncated by a browser or sometimes a hyperlink, it'll be encrypted again.

Please also note that there are Community Chats where the current available reward links can be found. There are chats for each tier of rewards, with your access limited to the chat of your personal reward tier.

I am not sure why this all of a sudden started to pop up as a more frequent issue, and I apologize to anyone that this happens to. I have used Dropbox and Google Drive for reward hosting in the past but have had issues with those services and would prefer not to use them for such again. If you have any suggestions for a possible mega alternative I would love to hear them.
