Since I found some team members, we discussed  and I plan to make these changes shortly:

• We need to work on projects that either have high demand or are actually good.
  This is mostly for games, because they are more complicated to translate and not worth it most of the times.
• My donators will still be able to suggest me projects, but there will be no random picking. Instead, I will gather donators suggestions, including from me and the translators from my team.
  Then we will pick projects that we actually would like to work on, are in high demand or is interesting overall.
  Donators will vote which project should have priority.
  Then we start working on it.
• The projects that I picked randomly earlier or promised to translate will be finished.
• Each membership will have specific number of votes, starting from 1 vote and increments by 1.
• You can make multiple suggestions now.
