• Added new "New" indicator to Notebook in Room when characters have new notebook entries
• Added new "New" indicator to characters in Notebook who have new notebook entries
• Re-implemented cooldowns to serums, meaning you'll have to wait a certain number of days after using a serum on someone before you can use a serum on that person again. MCS-1 has a 2 day cooldown, MCS-2 has a 4 day cooldown, and MCS-3 has a 6 day cooldown. Currently, this mechanic only applies to Penny
• Fixed code issue in Penny's second date event
• Fixed issue with Sophie's first serum options appearing twice
