This song is quite addictive lol. I find myself humming and singing the refrain quite often. Not sure if I agree with Skz that the protagonist of this song is necessarily a bad person. In previous songs people were breaking up, thinking about cheating (which is not the same as cheating, imo). Here I see two things in the lyrics: 1. Enjoyment in those early stages of a relationship and I recognise the wish to hold on to to excitement and fear of losing that by moving on to a next stage. 2. Fear of commitment. And that is a problem people struggle with and it's not always fun...but a fact of life and doesn't make you a bad person. It can be sad when you're not in the same page. At least the protagonist isn't lying lol. But yeah...totally different vibes here. Personally , I would end it after hearing those lines. But thats me. I have a friend who would be totally fine with that. Its nothing more than she wants. But I love that all of Skz is saying its a bad guy. They are clearly romantica and want more more

Yeah, I like it too as well as your reaction to it))) hehe sure they will never admit to writing these words as well as they never did with “red lights” or “drive”)) Still think that “Ex” is even worse to me personally. I loved your analyses though. But what if here they both feel the same this time… as a person in a long term relationships as well as you are, I must say there were times when I felt something like similar from the start. What if they both are just at the beginning and feel scared to go deeper so to say and they both like this feeling of uncertainty…. I guess I just try to find some solution for these lyrics not to sound too bad…)) Fun song for sure)))

Yeah, it does depend on where you're at in life and what you want out of your relationships. Especially whether or not the person you are with is on the same page. Dump-worthy for some, a load of fun for others.

It really is a fun song. I had a blast listening to the lyrics, but mostly because I'd already listened to the Intro and heard the kids whole-heartedly disavowing ever feeling like this themselves. Of course. Of course.
