I really love watching the progress on the farm. I am so impressed. I think - no, I know I would have felt incredibly overwhelmed at the amount of work that needed and still needs to be done. But seeing the progress is amazing and I can see how beautiful it is going to be. My week? Last week was a bit crappy at work. The weekend was quiet with lots of sewing for my musical. And this Monday started off lovely with a work email that just made my day and an email from a webshop that some merch has been shipped. Hahhaa the little (yet expensive) things that make a kpop fan happy.

Glad to hear that you had some positives to offset a bod week. Hopefully your fingers aren't too wore from all the sewing. Though I'm guessing you primarily use a machine. Or maybe not.

Definitely using a sewing machine. I once visited a pioneer village and ended up talking with one of the costumed ladies walking around in the houses. Turned out she was a seamstress in her daily life and we talked a bit about what the invention of the sewing machine meant for a housewife in those days. She told me she did an experiment making a period dress completely by hand, the way they would have been made then....and compared that to how much time it took by machine. The difference was huge. Days saved! So yeah....not by hand haha.

I can believe it. Especially the kind of layered dresses that were in fashion during certain time periods. Can you imagine stitching a complicated Victorian Era dress by hand?!

Oh and a note about Mawazine: Most festivals have a stage(s) that rotates performers - but not there. The festival is I think 10 days with several stages around the city - but just one or two performers per day on each. This day ALAWN - a European KPOP producer and DJ spun some tunes and then it was ATEEZ. That's it. We have been waiting for a firm number but saw today that ALAWN posted attendance was 130,000.
