I think the boys performance was really good, but would definitely have been elevated if the arrowhead had caught the way it was intended to. I don;'t know if you noticed, (maybe you did later) but the boys were the only ones to have a continuous storyline connecting all of their performances. While that was cool, i wonder if they unintentionally limited themselves by trying to make all their performances fit the storyline of game of thrones. Though as a graphic designer i can definitely appreciate the need for a brief rather than just "do what you want". Complete creative freedom often ends up with me stewing in analysis paralysis and then i dont get anything at all done.

I actually didn't catch onto the ongoing story line. Now I feel like I wasn't paying nearly as much attention to the other groups as I should have.

I don't know how you're able to stop mid-episode LOL. I'm impressed! I totally binge-watched the entire thing when I first watched it. I was completely drawn into it. Yeah I know....it would be way too long of a reaction, but boy, kudos LOL. Yeah I really liked The Boyz' performance. And the effect with the fire would have been great. But goodness, they beat themselves up over things they can't really help. And frankly, as I always tell my cast: the audience doesn't have the script. You were looking at how they passed it amongst themselves, liking what you saw. On the other hand, I have to say that this performance didn't have the impact on me that some of the others had, so I guess it did make a big difference. But still not something to beat yourself up for. It's a technical thing and sometimes that happens unfortunately.

I can see how hard it is to not beat yourself up over a missed line or piece of choreo, even though the audience will never know that it was missed.
