There is also a lot of One Piece references in this song. The Red Line is a physical place that is supposedly impassable. Timpani is also a type of drum in an orchestra so Tiger JK uses a double entendre of the word and the sound of the word regarding the ear drum and the drumming sound.

Also, One Piece is about superpowered pirates, so a lot of the water and ocean metaphors are adjacent references. An aspect of OP's plot is to become the pirate king, the one on the top who has the most freedom. In OP the Grandline is the centre ocean route with only three or so access points, with the red line being a red-stoned mountain range on both sides that is inaccessible to pretty much everyone as it reaches from the ocean bed to the clouds. The end of the Grandline is where the final treasure is, so it's the final goal for everyone in the pirate race. It's not skz if they don't nerd out in their music.

Nice I wasn't aware of One Piece anime. I had to look it up. Didn't know about the drums either. Gotta love rappers and their word play.

Wow. Looks like I need to watch more anime lol. SKZ totally nerding out with anime. Love it. And they get Tiger JK in on it.

Yeah I had your reaction to this song. God this is good. Love it! It just hits me right where I want music to hit. The teaser was enough for me to know I'd love this song. And well...I sure did. And yes, Han, you did so so well going after Tiger JK. I loved how they asked Tiger JK. And how Han was fanboying in quiet. Not even daring to speak to the guy. Aaawww. And Tiger JK has been so nice to them...even tweeting about the album.

I'd love to have some behind the scenes footage on that unveil filming. I'm sure they were all fanboying.
