Trust Han to write a sad song. Even when he titles a song Happy...it's sad. But man, this one had me bawling. it wasn't that long ago that I had to have my cat put down. And I still miss her so much it hurts. she was special. So yeah, this hit a bit of a nerve. Loved how both Seungmin and Han came on Bubble to tell us about the story behind this song. And also to make it clear Han wasn't singing some of the backing vocals, as some people thought. And that Han wanted to make it clear he wasn't speaking from personal experience. Somehow people still find it hard to understand the idea of being able to write about something you haven't experienced. You don't. You can easily use other feelings, and even borrowed or imagined feelings. And boy does he do that well. Loved this song. And Seungmin sang it SO beautifully. If you compare this to older songs he sang..the confidence, the difference in use of technique...he's grown SO much. Anyway...yeah, know you're not the one to get all teary-eyed quickly, but had a feeling this one would choke you up a bit. And seeing you play with the cat while listening..yeah...makes sense

Han really does write stories based on imagined experiences very well. I'm guessing he has quite the empathetic streak to him. He writes these songs so well, and Seungmin was a great choice to sing it. I really don't do well with having to put a pet down, but I don't know that anyone is particularly good at it, either.
