2:00 - I'm that old, but still, arcade games were not a feature of my childhood, lol. It does make sense though that these games are still a thing; they're short form entertainment that doesn't take up too much space and will keep waiting celebrities at their assigned locations 5:41 - my guess for "Christmas Eve" is that it's a reference to the expectation of gifts; Yunho is saying he's as excited as a kid on Christmas Eve about the time he's about to spend with atiny. 6:25 - Yup, a Jpop artist. According to his Wikipedia, he debuted in 2021 and had pretty good success, but he truly caught the attention of Koreans when his viral single 'Night Dancer' charted on Korea's Melon 100 in 2022, the first Japanese song and singer to do so. 9:00 - omg, wtf, that painting, just -- why? I get that people like to be transgressive, but why put it in a waiting room where people will be staring at it -- and having it stare at them?!

Ah yes, another Logbook from Japan. I'm happy for all of it, but I hope they're recording a lot of stuff in the Americas this month. It would be a nice change of pace. Speaking of which, how about an update? I know you don't follow along on socials and a lot of big stuff has been happening. While in LA for KCON they did a lot of stuff but we don't know what it all is yet. Hongjoong was in a studio recording something but we don't know what. The rest of the guys went to visit Riot Games, who make League of Legends (which many of them play) and now everyone thinks they will colab and sing the anthem for the championships, which are in Korea this year. Also Yunho went to a Valorant tournament as he is a big player of that game. Some gamers/companies/teams started posting their photocards, fave tracks n stuff, and a gamer did part of the Guerrilla choreo has he walked out to compete and dedicated it to Yunho. It was fun. They did a bunch of press and even went to Magic Mountain. They did a lot of KCON stuff and closed the show on night 2. Here is a fun vid of ATINY freaking out because the guys came into the crowd. https://youtu.be/8T01c_1FLcs?si=CIXXrv-_VyhB3zSl After the show Jongho was in a lot of pain so they cancelled his schedules and sent him back to Korea. He'd been walking/dancing on a ruptured meniscus for a while and trying to get minimal care, but he couldn't anymore. He's missing some big stuff, but Hongjoong said he's had surgery and is doing well. Latin American Tour updates below

Now their first Latin American tour! ATINY there love them SO MUCH and everyone is sad that Jongho is missing it. They had to edit his vocals into the backing tracks. Hongjoong said he was afraid it would be so empty, but ATINY are doing their best to sing all of his parts and the guys are really touched by that. Mexico City is over 7000ft in elevation, so they suggested the guys reduce the set list because a lot of people pass out, but they wouldn't. Mingi said they all had headaches at the end though. That venue is crazy tall, 4 levels above the floor, but they have MASSIVE screens up there. Here's a short clip for a peek https://twitter.com/beomXyungii/status/1695258471808008600?s=20 Also we know of at least two couples who got engaged during the show, after their fave songs HALA HALA and Aurora. Here is one of them https://twitter.com/fxzonz/status/1695275157605011909?s=20 Sao Paulo, Brazil was their first solo stadium! Nearly 30,000 ATINY gave them SO MUCH LOVE and SANG SO LOUD, especially for Jongho. I really think it was the moment for at least some of them when they thought, "We made it." There was something VERY special about that show. A few clips: HALA HALA https://twitter.com/UpdateKBoys/status/1695552211936268322?s=20 I was watching a stream and gotta admit I teared up a bit during Sunrise, and Hongjoong said it was special too. Singing those lyrics about needing encouragement and now 30,000 people on the other side of the world are singing them to you... very special "Just keep it up So that everyone can see Just keep it up So that the world can hear Just keep it up Even when things don't go as you planned Just, just keep it up" https://youtu.be/lZsYQ7kOXv0?si=q3tNLLnIwuek1mZP From the Wonderland - what a party https://youtu.be/JFheuKa9GQE?si=-_YB7hIDPj79XnED Finale fireworks https://twitter.com/wheeinthesea/status/1695585442488258996?s=20 Next was Santiago, Chile. Poor Chilean ATINY were the ones who just got to weep while ATEEZ waved at them after the MNET show was cancelled due to rain in November. They also showed a lot of energy and love, and lots of Jonghos. Hongjoong even played with one https://youtube.com/shorts/Zfpr2AjN-TU?si=TYqM0X2QsxT-Rwbe For this leg they took out the Cyberpunk segment and added Bouncy,, Thanxx (for the gracias), Fever Medley https://youtu.be/B8Z1GnVPIqM?si=vmrcS9uXF12tfgAB Today they have their final South American show, in Bogota, Columbia. The elevation there is over 8600ft so I hope they take care and have a great show.

They were surprised too! I think the stylist or someone told them how many it had been in Chile or something, and they had no idea. I'm all in for ATEEZ looking like grown ass men instead of kittens. Or grown ass gender of their choice. How long are they expected to dress like Hello Kitty? Do Seventeen still dress like plushies? Quick scan of my old spreadsheets makes me think I have about 1,400 unread books. Maybe more. About a thousand are audio. Will I ever read them all? Nope. New books keep coming!

K-pop Auntie

When you need a spreadsheet to keep track of your unread books, I'm not sure if you have a spreadsheet problem or a bibliophile problem.
