Changed the tutorial for the Fetish Shop from 'one-time' to 'infinitely' reviewable. This is so that too many questions about the Fetish Shop won't come up!

Made sure that the signs on each map properly indicate which Struggle type it is. Check the signs to know the applicable scope of the Fetish Shop!
