no joke i think this was one of my favorite viewing experiences ever LMFAO i was riding a high the whole night after watching these episodes 🤣 IT WAS REAL, THE MANGEKYO AND TOBI'S TRANSPORTATION TECHNIQUE WERE CONNECTED 🗣️ OBITO!!!! the cut from the broken mask to the flashback segment was diabolical !!!

and now i am SO curious as to how exactly obito survived at all........or if he was somehow brought back to life thanks to madara or orochimaru or something 😭 what a whirlwind of emotions this has to be for kakashi too ugh to have your friend you thought was dead suddenly standing in front of you, trying to kill you (and lobotomize the world), and blame you for your mutual friends death 🧍 like okayyy!!! i'd be a shell of a human!

still geeking out about all this. i cannot wait to watch more!!! see you guys on wednesday

Been waiting so long for this! Props for you guessing tobi was obito way back in the kazekage rescue arc! Also I think the fillers in episodes 347 and 348 are worth watching for sure. I would recommend the filler arc from 349 - 361 but there are parts in that arc that can be slow.. overall still a good watch though

Honestly when I finished Naruto for the first time years ago. I felt stupid because literally Tobi is obito backwards with an extra letter LMFAO and the signs were definitely there. But, the horror on Kakashi’s face when he saw it was obito maaaaaaannnnnj sad just sad as FUCK!!!! Leave it to kakashi to figure a damn good strategy out like that. I recommend checking the scenes out in dub by the way. Also props to guy for encouraging Kakashi to lock in!!!!

My two favorite hints to Tobi's true identity: "Tobi is a good boy." - The flashbacks with Obito show he's a very nice and helpful kid compared to most Uchiha. Actually, he's the goofiest Uchiha we ever seen on screen. TOBI > TOBITOBITOBITOBI > OBITO Honestly the crumbs are everywhere now that you actually know the true identity. Its fun to look back and see what you missed now that you know. Also, as if Obito on his own wasn't a lot to handle, here comes Madara :)

If you remember, near the end of the Five Kage Summit arc, Kakashi tried to use Kamui to kill Obito at one point, but Obito stopped him and said "Don't bother, Kakashi, that jutsu does not work on me." 😌

fun fact, the voice of Tobi (his good boy persona) is also his true voice, voiced by the same VA, so this whole time we knew how he sounds but we got misdirected by the Madara voice lol

You just had to be there when the manga chapter for this dropped. Up until the last few chapters where they make it very obvious that it's Obito, the Tobi is Obito crowd were seen as crazy. There were a lot of theories as to who he was, the main ones that got the most traction was either that he really was a "real clone" of Madara or that it was Shisui cause he died in a weird way with no body which is always kinda suspicious. Some of the more outlandish ones included, somehow, Danzo (with the one that we saw all this time being a body double), Izuna (Madara's kid brother, there wasn't much to this one tbh) and by far the craziest theory that got traction for a bit is that it was actually a future version of Sasuke who went back to the past to basically groom himself?? (I should mention that Pain being a future version of Naruto was also an old theory for a while, I don't know why people kept doing this)

I slightly knew that this was going to be the outcome, but the series done so well in making us forget, I guess Kishimoto put us in a genjutsu of abstinence, showing constant memories for different things other than OBITO. A little Easter Egg, if you keep saying Obito over and over you end up saying Tobi. Madness.
