we're watching some filler episodes!! <3 there were quite a few flashbacks in these but honestly i don't mind cause it gives me some time to breathe after the last few crazy episodes 😄😄😄 i also love seeing konan and nagato and yahiko again <333 crazy to see that obito was reminded of rin and kakashi when we saw yahiko stab himself on nagatos knife AGHHHHH!!

also i saw some people warn me about not looking at the title of some future episodes - i have been using a google chrome extension that hides the episode names in my browser since i started shippuden! Genuinely the best "filler" arc in naruto

Just to let you know alana . Many fillers actually take from canon novels or other sources , specially from kishimoto himself and his editors .Pierrot directtly asks kishimoto and his closest (editor) for canon events or stories so they can make these type of fillers for example . Because at least for all the fillers you are gonna watch . They all pretty much canon . even if they weren't in the manga.

Honestly I'm glad your watching this filler. To be honest there's sooooo much lore in this filler to the point where I'm like man this is Canon and important I don't care LMAO unlike Boruto which is a damn genjutsu that shouldn't exist. I'm glad you decided to do a reaction too so much good lore here.

Really?? Never knew this but it makes sense honestly. If that's the case then I don't consider it filler if it was in the light novels from Kishimoto and his editors

Man, watching this again, makes me feel so satisfied the moment where sasuke packed up danzo for good 👌 This reminds of the exact scene where sasuke had a cold walk right behind a scared danzo running away.

I don't like the idea that you should skip filler if it wasn't written by Kishimoto or in the original Manga. A lot of these filler episodes come from light novels written by guest authors and are overseen by Kishimoto himself. A lot of "fillers" properly expand on so many aspects of the show and the motivation/backstory of so many characters because Kishimoto himself is involved in their creation. I think as long as the details follow the canonical events of the series and make sense for the overall world building, it should be considered as canonical material.

a decent amount are fluff, mess with the overall pace and the story can do without. that being said, if placed right or made to be their own spin offs and/or OVAs it would be worth the watch

What if Project Tsuki no Me is already in effect and we're living in someone's dream? A sign would be if people start showing up and saying the fillers are from kishimoto himself and it's certainly not a method to pad out the show to let the manga get further along

Hey i just wanted to inform you that all of the filler lists you see online are entirely compiled by fans and not officially published by the author. People are under the impression that filler episodes aren't part of the official show but that's not true. Most of the episodes that were deemed filler is because they weren't written in the original manga. That doesn't mean they aren't canon. It's the same as canon episodes that have scenes that weren't in the manga. Just because those scenes weren't in the manga doesn't make that episode is no longer canon. It's more common than people know. A good example is harry potter. There's a lot in the books that never made it in the movies and vice versa. There both still canon in most cases. Sorry if that doesn't make sense it's kind of hard explain over text and there's are other reasons as well just to long to type them all out. Long story short most anime fans don't exactly know what filler episodes are or what deems them to be filler. They believe is has no role in the original series but that's wrong.

Most fillers (including this one btw) either are massive pace breakers that interrupt the proper flow of the story or clash with the canon events, timeline or characterizations. All naruto filler is either bad at worst or pointless at best. Most of the information in this filler arc for example is stuff we already know about from the canon material. Only anime fans say this, not manga fans. Fillers expand on nothing and ruin a lot of the flow and pacing of the narrative.

Can you cite your source? Because this is total nonsense. There is nothing indicating some of the filler is canon material that never made it into the manga.

FR. Lot of anime larpers here who never picked up a naruto volume in their lives thinking they know what kishimoto's real intentions were with the story and they include these padded out and completely redundant and pace breaking filler arcs for some reason.
