and then learning more about indra and ashura!!! their chakra being passed down!!! im so interested in learning what sasuke's answer is going to be. because it's definitely not going to be the same as naruto's 💀 this whole reincarnation reveal is interesting to think about alongside the theme of identity i've been noticing in this arc. i think naruto really understands himself and who he is, whereas sasuke has been trying to reshape himself after dedicating his life to revenge, learning about itachi, etc. idk maybe im thinking too hard about it lol but im eager to see what happens next!!

Firstly, Nice Haircut! I love Might Guy, he is one of the best examples of staying true to yourself. Guy said if im fighting Madara then im giving him ALL the hands . He is in I believe you could say perfect sage mode The visual changes like the marks and the lets say warts on jiraiya were showing not pure sync with the nature chakra. Which is why Pa sees that Naruto surpassed Jiraiya and Minato because his eye marks were so minimal in comparison. So I believe his eyes show he is in perfect sync with both Kurama and Nature Energy so no visual side effects. p.s 15:32 is a brutal spot to pause for the after episode discussion with poor baby Naruto soaked in the rain lol

What I find interesting is that Kishimoto doesn't quite follow the Western idea of reincarnation (a single soul being reborn), nor does he fully stick to the Japanese/Buddhist idea of karma passed down (which here could be represented by the brothers' chakra). It ends up feeling like a mix of both.

Fun facts: 1) In episode 221, where kakashi and guy had a running race, and kakashi was about to become the hokage, gai will say to lee that he'll go beyond a hokage level. He exactly did as promised 😂. 2) Itachi warned kisame three times: "Dont underestimate him" 3) This is the one guy, who madara respects other than hashirama.

All of guys strongest moves involve a time of day + an animal. morning peacock, daytime tiger, evening elephant and NIGHT GUY Also hagaromo is like 1,000 years old, and there have been multiple reincarnations of his sons. The anime mistranslated madara and hashirama being the first, what he actually said is they were the previous generation of reincarnates and they are like 100 years removed from Naruto and sasuke.

I like how both Hashirama and Hagaromo treat Sasuke in the story. The author could've gotten the same story beats while having both follow a generic "overpowered legendary figure" stereotype. Having them acknowledge and take responsibility for their past failings/the consequences of others' actions really makes their characters stand out from the norm.

Rant: Ahhhhh yes ninja Jesus….Yes Naruto is the reincarnation of Ashura and Sasuke is the reincarnation of Indra reincarnated brothers in a long battle for eternity reincarnating which is sad as fuck. Learning the sage of the six paths had two sons and also a brother. All of this lore was so insane when I found out it yearsssss ago. Technically when you think about it Naruto and Sasuke are brothers when you think about it technically. As well as Madara and Hashirama being the previous they were technically brothers too. Faith/destiny plays a big role throughout Naruto. All visual eyes come from one source as you see Kagyua had both the sharigan and byakugan, they were basically one at one point. The contrast of Naruto being in the light and Sasuke in the dark talking to Hagaroma is so peak. Naruto and Sasuke the sun and the moon. Kakashi dad telling him Guy will be stronger than you basically like bruuuh if kakashi dad says it then you know it’s true and it indeed was. Madara declaring Guy the strongest of them all is such an amazing moment the whole fight between 8 gates Guy and Madara is still so damn good to this day. Naruto literally coming in with the dab kick to save Guy will never not be hilarious to me he literally dab kicked the truth seeker orb LMAO. I couldn’t wait for you to witness this lore and everything it’s so good!!!!

I don't get why people are so surprised by Guy being able to get down with top level opponents. He's shown on plenty occasions being able to hang with people. There's a reason why rock papers scissors is one of his and Kakashi rival challenges. It's because at some point Kakashi realized Guy far surpassed him and no longer wanted that combat smoke. Guy knew and respected Kakashi wishes.

The anime actually makes a mistake when talking about the first reincarnates of Indra and Ashura. They say that the first generation was Hashirama and Madara, but thats actually a lie. There were many other generations of reincarnates before them, which is said in the manga so idk why they said that. Just thought I'd let you know so you dont get the wrong info 😭😭

Honestly one of my favorite moments is when Madara declares him the Strongest, Guy is so damn cool. One of my favorite characters, along with Hashirama and Madara. (and I have to say, your hair looks amazing)

I know so many others dont like the little flashbacks during fights BUT OMG THAT FLASH BACK with kakashi and his dad telling him how Guy will turn out before Might Guy goes INSANEEE!!! Its one of my favorite episodes of the show. Also not sure if you ever ran into this meme or joke but "Lee and Guy are the only ninjas in a world of wizards" LMAO just makes me love those two because reminds us, you can work hard and achieve great things!!!! No need for the 8th gate the 7th gate is plenty for just about anybody in this show except Madara and Hashirama. Pain, itachi, minato, tobi all the akatsuki and whoever else would toyed with by the 7th gate alone. Remember guy landed a hirudora on 10 tail Madara and pushed him back. Nobody else in the show is even touching 10 tails Madara. Anybody who thinks Guy needs the 8th gate for pain doesn’t understand power scaling. 7th gate would be overkill for pain and just about everybody else in the show.

I think people don't talk enough about the feat Minato is pulling off here. Guy in that form is extremely fast and can even catch Six Paths Madara off guard, despite his Rinnegan, his Sharingan, and his insane perception. But Minato manages to activate his technique, take the orbs, and then activate it AGAIN in such a short span of time that Guy passes through without slowing down or stopping. He executes all that while Guy at his prime is heading right in his direction and at very close range. To me this is an insane feat and an insane reaction time, he really deserves his title of Yellow Flash. He's fast enough to solve a problem happening at a speed the strongest guy in the war can't even properly process.
