From the conversation about fast food Italian it would seem none of the crew has encountered a Fazoli's before. That's the only example I can think of that is unequivocally a fast food Italian restaurant. A place with a drive thru that will sell you lasagna and fettuccine alfredo.

this might get answered further in the episode (i just started) but the costumes Brad is talking about are the Ben Cooper costumes from the 80s. Popular enough that now there is an entire action figure line of toys of kids wearing various Ben Cooper costumes by NECA toys.
