Ya'll should read Dungeon Crawler Carl. What if everyone on Earth had to traverse a dungeon designed by aliens that had studied us for the last 1000 years? The audiobook is fantastic.

I'll just leave the requested year end feedback here. - Loving all the podcast stuff, no notes. Watchcast continues to be one of the best shows on the internet and somehow you guys have me listening to 3 podcasts every single week. - Honestly, I fell off much of the video side. Two hour multiplayer live streams just aren't for me, mainly since they take everyone's attention and there isn't as much room for side banter. I never watch live, so if I pull up a VOD it's most likely single player stuff while the others chat. And I've really enjoyed that format (stuff like the 360 launch stream, not-Breaking Brad, the Death Stranding 2 watch). Are personal preferences useful feedback? Maybe! - The current content pipeline is geared towards the hardcore fans, people in the upper Patreon tiers or the Discord that keep the business going. Which might make them happy, but could be preventing new people from coming on board. I'd say experiment a bit more, since the hardcore fans aren't going anywhere but new people might not find a reason to join up. What does that mean? I don't know, man, I'm a corporate accountant, not a content creator.

Blue Stinger may not be the *best* Christmas game, but it is the most *relentless* Christmas game. (Insert link to the "Merry Christmas" track here.) My choice for best Christmas game would be that "You're the Inspiration" level from EBA.

To the caller who was getting bad feedback on the email he was sending out looking for an internship: this is a small part of your larger dilemma, but have you tried Ask a Manager's tips about writing cover letters (which is essentially what you're sending, even if you're not attaching a resume)? She's a big advocate for personalized cover letters, for which your colleagues advocated, and her "How to Write a Great Cover Letter" article covers the basics. It's generalized to business at large rather than the gaming industry, but it might be worthwhile to revise your email per her guidelines (maybe geared toward a hypothetical opportunity?) and see if the results get an improved reaction from your colleagues. Cover letters are a common challenge, so I wouldn't feel so down about encountering difficulties in that area!
