A lightsaber guillotine totally makes sense, you never have to sharpen or clean the blade and there's little to no blood since it cauterize's the wound

Episode 8 was so so bad , I didn’t even watch episode 9. And nothing my mates have said that have seen it or what you lads have said on the pod makes me think I didn’t make the right choice.

That whole trilogy was utter shit, JJ " it's not a reboot I swear" Abrams is right along side Snyder as the biggest style over substance hack going.

Episode 9 made Darth Revan, from KOTOR and the comics, canon. It also attempted to make the real big bad canon by alluding to the fact that the Empire found one of the fleet generators and was using it to make a new “infinite fleet” but supposedly explaining that would’ve taken another hour and was cut in the writers room. JJ ruined Star Wars in a lot of ways, including trying to make some of the best part of Star Wars cannon long after the middle of his movie 😂

Mike

Episode 8 was a chase scene that actually lasted almost as long as the movie. It’s one of the best movies ever made.

Which means the person who was executed would still be alive and cognizant while their head bounced around on the ground.

I mean you still have the basket. A laser basket

For what it's worth, some of the sideline story details that goes on in the Mandalorian series (I think mostly season 2?) is showing remnants of the collapsed Empire attempting to reform as well as research into cloning and infusing force abilities (the reason there were people who want Grogu) as them trying to back fill explain the cloned / revived Emperor we get in Ep 9..

I loved the Star Wars movies as a kid, but I don’t let the issues with the later films cause me any worry.

I like to think the galaxy balkanized after 9. The Empire failed, the Republic failed twice, so why wouldn’t the more influential worlds try their own thing? Edit: Oh, Maul is dead. They gave him a whole death scene in the Rebels cartoon series. He confronted Obi-Wan when Kenobi was exiled on Tatooine, and Kenobi offs him in the duel. Visions has 3 series and has some really good stuff and only one outirght bad episode imo
