Give it a chance Vinny. It's only like 8 episodes. I liked it but I'm a Spiderman and Cage fan. You'll get kooky Cage if you keep watching. I have complaints but overall I enjoyed it.

I know you guys mention getting away from streaming services, but I wanted to shout out Qobuz. It has been great for finding new music. They make suggestions, have a digital magazine, reviews, and allow you to purchase the albums digitally as well. Quality is top notch too. Search function could use some work though.

Best wishes to the Brad and family!

Anyone who likes Daft Punk should check out Midnight Generation. Excellent French Touch out of Mexico!

Vinny, check out Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band if you like rocking Blues. The album Dance Songs For Hard Times is a great start or listen to the songs that have music videos. I've seen them live twice and they are excellent.

As far as desktop audio: there a handful of really good desktop amp / dac options on Amazon that you can get for about $100-200 that can easily power any home theater speaker setup. SMSL, Fosi, Topping, and Douk are all little known Chinese brands but generally get good props from the audiophile community.

Best wishes to Brad. Vinny already mentioned Tiny Desk, but KEXP is IMO second only to Tiny Desk for incredible performances from a bunch of artists. Between the two of those, I have discovered 100s of hours of new music listening

Philip Gyura

The Current radio station out of Minneapolis

Catching it a week late (Ground Control patron), but I still wishing the best to Brad and family. I've noticed older Amazon Prime shows coming to Netflix.

For anyone else curious, I had to go back to get the name of the band Alex recommended: Ibibio Sound Machine Whatever fragments in my memory were not enough to search it out haha.
