Vinny and Alex are rolling duos this week as they discuss their preferred methods of engaging with arcade ROMs, Desktop Explorer, Beatdown City Survivors, and the dodgy work and even dodgier opinions of a certain washed up action star.

Thanks for the Archspire call out. Very meditative diddleys.

Why Nintendo didn't get more heat for $80 games and $100 controllers I will never understand. They have always been just as anti-consumer if not more than Sony and Microsoft, yet they get none of the criticism. The lawyers are right in Nintendo's case specifically, it doesn't move the needle in the negative direction to raise prices at all. Microsoft and Sony suffer sales hits from price increases, Nintendo keeps selling, and all people talk about is how great they are for being so successful.

Night of the Hunter is one of my favorite movies and one of the best looking movies of all time. Every time it's on TCM I find myself sitting down and watching it even when I need to wake up for work in like three hours. If people at the time of its release hadn't been a bunch of butterscotch-sucking dopes and the movie had been a success, I would have loved to see what Charles Laughton would've directed next. But we'll never know. Thanks a lot 1950s people.
