It’s a small thing, but I’m happy they commented on the dumb thing with Karl’s burnt body moving, that really only works from the audience’s perspective. Movie was ok, the discussion was great! I hope Austin comes back at some point (for Videodrome, perhaps!).

Austin Walker is such a gem! Adds so much to every thing he contributes too. Great podcast gentlemen, and thank you!

No one elevates a discussion like Austin Walker!

This *so* makes me want to re-evaluate the film. Haven't seen it since back in the day. Pulling the trigger on the black and white re-release, because that sounds *fascinating*.

Small note but Stabbing Westward is doing music again, and it's actually quite good! They also do a lot of remixes for industrial bands that are also excellent if you're into this kind of music. (And you should be.)

Bit late to the party and I’m never sure how well known this already is, but i highly recommend a listen of the album “1.0” by Black Rain (feat Stuart Argabright of Ike Yard), which was originally intended to be the soundtrack to this film and follows a much more interesting noir/new wave approach that gels with the black & white version https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1.0_(album) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZmoK7LgK8M
