I hope this joke isn’t too reliant on a reference that could possibly be a bit foreign for you to but imagine this with the Gadsden flag’s logo “don’t tread on me” but with the “don’t” crossed out as it seems she’s presenting an open invitation. If it’s the case that you did get the reference right away though then I apologize for over explaining it.
