Can you do a video on how you figured what system works you to balance everything? I know this is part of this but how do you balance gaming, development, practice, business/videos and free time?

This video gives me HUGE ADHD vibes... 'ADHD-ISH' my butt Mark... X-P

As someone who has managed diagnosed but unmedicated ADHD for ~2 decades (before getting on better meds than I had when I was kid) though these are some good management strats (ADHD or otherwise)!

I actually used this type of system in university. For every project or assignment, I would assign a day of the week to work on it. I would assign more work for the start of the week so there was room to bump tasks if they we're underestimated, but in general it was very effective. If I ever finished a day's work early, I knew I could afford to take the rest of the day off. Doesn't matter if there were more upcoming assignments because I knew I had already allocated time for them. It wasn't procrastinating, it just wasn't time to do those tasks yet.

This is so fascinating, I actually started doing something similar recently! For me, my admin day is on the weekends because I'm usually drained during the week. I personally like weekly because it allows me to make incremental progress on a larger thing (e.g. I had three sessions for taxes - could I have done it all in one sitting? Sure, but between gathering all the paperwork and the tedium and frustration and the "joys" of my particular brand of neurodivergence, it would've taken hours) But yeah, noting things for a future, specific date, plus having the ability to strikethrough things has been super helpful. So cool to see how apply this to other things in your life, definitely inspired me to try that as well!
