So this guy... Ooh this guy. It's gonna be a while before he makes an appearance, but I'm already thinking about his and his sisters design a little. He is supposed to be a Sea-hag. I'm torn between giving him Dr. Facilier or Scars personality. 


What design do you guys prefer?

For me it would be no one, the one who looks a bit like ‘bleached’. It makes him stand out and lends him and menancing air. Anyway, I’m baffled how a modified colour palette changes a character. Thank you for sharing this. x

If the goal is to make an older sea hag I would lean towards less color. I think the bleached one looks older to me. Like how the older an animal gets the more pigment they lose.
